* Buyers paying via ATM must keep the receipt to be used for proof of payment.

* Fungiii is not liable if items are damaged or lost via normal postage delivery. No refund will be done in this case. Registered mail is strongly encouraged to prevent lost of mail.

* Item may look different from picture due to the lighting when taking the photos.

* All transaction is based on mutual trust. Please do not place order if you feel uncomfortable to purchase with Fungiii.

* Please be patient for your goods to arrive.

* Seller may take 1 to 5 working days to reply our emails. Working days referring to Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Sprees
# Fungiii reserved the rights to cancel sprees due to bad response or when sellers revert back too many out of production items. Full refund will be done in this case.

#Sprees usually takes 4 to 12 weeks to be completed after spree closed. Norm is maximum 8 weeks after spree closed. Please do not join if you are not comfortable with the waiting time.

Contact Lenses
# Missing lenses will be shipped together with the next batch, no refunds will be made.

# If your lens degree is out of stock, it'll be replaced by -0.25 to -1.00 higher or lower.

# Sold lenses are strictly non-exchangable and non-refundable.

# Mushroom will not be responsible if our supplier gives us the wrong orders.

# Lenses might be delayed due to custom checks so please bear for another 14 days at most if there's any.

# All lenses here are preorders unless otherwise stated as 'Instock'.

# Full payment must be made in order for us to process your order.

# Lenses will be checked for any defects before we mail them to you.

# Mushroom will place order with vendor on every 13th and 28th of the month.

# Please stop wearing the lens if you find your eyes become red / swollen or any cause of irritation.

# Some of our preorders involves middleman whilst some of our preorders, we get the lenses directly from the manufacturer themselves. We will not be responsible if any negative happens to your eyes after we have pass you the lenses. Our responsibility for you will stop right after we have mailed / hand you your lenses. All contact lenses will be packed in Vial Bottles.

* We reserved the right to change any part of our Terms & Conditions without prior notice to anyone.
